线下展会、沙龙、地推等线下推广场景填写信息表单前，您必须主动勾选对应授权选项，未勾选对应选项，我们将无法为您提供对应原厂配套服务。
个人信息是指以电子或者其他方式记录的能够单独或者与其他信息结合识别特定自然人身份或者反映特定自然人活动情况的各种信息，主要包括姓名、公司、邮箱、手机号、感兴趣/咨询的产品等。
龙智仅会出于本政策所述的业务功能，收集和使用您的个人信息：
原则上，龙智在中华人民共和国境内运营中收集和产生的数据将按照法律法规和国家标准规定存储于中国境内；仅在您单独授权同意后，我方方可将您相关企业及个人信息传输至境外海外软件原厂赞助商，完成数据出境操作。
我们不会与龙智及关联公司以外的任何公司、组织和个人分享您的个人信息，但以下情况除外：
我们可能会根据法律法规规定，或按政府主管部门的强制性要求，对外共享您的个人信息。
与授权合作伙伴共享：仅为实现本政策中声明的目的，我们的某些服务将由授权合作伙伴提供。我们可能会与合作伙伴共享您的某些个人信息，以提供更好的客户服务和用户体验。海外软件原厂、赞助商属于跨境授权合作伙伴范畴。
目前，我们的授权合作伙伴包括以下3大类型：
1）广告、分析服务类的授权合作伙伴。除非得到您的许可，否则我们不会将您的个人身份信息（指可以识别您身份的信息，例如姓名或电子邮箱，通过这些信息可以联系到您或识别您的身份）与提供广告、分析服务的合作伙伴分享。我们会向这些合作伙伴提供有关其广告覆盖面和有效性的信息，而不会提供您的个人身份信息，或者我们将这些信息进行汇总，以便它不会识别您个人。
2）供应商、服务提供商和其他合作伙伴。我们将信息发送给在全球范围内支持我们业务的供应商、服务提供商和其他合作伙伴，这些支持包括提供技术基础设施服务、分析我们服务的使用方式、衡量广告和服务的有效性、提供客户服务、支付便利或进行学术研究和调查。
3）境外软件原厂、品牌赞助商（跨境数据接收方）：仅在您单独勾选同意数据出境授权后，我方同步您企业信息、咨询需求、联系方式至境外原厂，用于开通官方测试许可、申请专属商务折扣、对接原厂技术资源；原厂仅可基于该授权范围使用数据，不得挪作他用。
对我们与之共享个人信息的公司、组织和个人（含境外原厂），我们会与其签署严格的保密协定，要求他们按照我们的说明、本隐私政策、跨境数据合规要求以及其他任何相关的保密和安全措施来处理个人信息。境外接收方需满足我国数据出境相关法规安全评估、保护标准要求。
我们不会将您的个人信息转让给任何公司、组织和个人，但以下情况除外：
在涉及合并、收购或破产清算时，如涉及到个人信息转让，我们会在要求新的持有您个人信息的公司、组织继续受此隐私政策的约束，否则我们将要求该公司、组织重新向您征求授权同意。如受让方为境外机构，需重新单独获取您数据出境同意。
我们仅会在以下情况下，公开披露您的个人信息：
获得您明确同意后；
基于法律的披露：在法律、法律程序、诉讼或政府主管部门强制性要求的情况下，我们可能会公开披露您的个人信息。
我们会采取一切合理可行的措施，确保未收集无关的个人信息。我们只会在达成本政策所述目的所需的期限内保留您的个人信息，除非需要延长保留期或受到法律的允许。传输至境外原厂的信息，我们将约束境外主体仅在服务周期内留存，服务终止后同步删除。
互联网环境并非百分之百安全，我们将尽力确保或担保您发送给我们的任何信息的安全性。如果我们的物理、技术、或管理防护设施遭到破坏，导致信息被非授权访问、公开披露、篡改、或毁坏，导致您的合法权益受损，我们将承担相应的法律责任。若跨境传输环节发生数据泄露，我们将第一时间同步告知您并按法规上报监管机构。
在不幸发生个人信息安全事件后，我们将按照法律法规的要求，及时向您告知：安全事件的基本情况和可能的影响、我们已采取或将要采取的处置措施、您可自主防范和降低风险的建议、对您的补救措施等。我们将及时将事件相关情况以邮件、信函、电话、推送通知等方式告知您，难以逐一告知个人信息主体时，我们会采取合理、有效的方式发布公告。
同时，我们还将按照监管部门要求，主动上报个人信息安全事件的处置情况，跨境数据安全事件将专项上报数据合规主管部门。
我们的隐私政策可能变更。
未经您明确同意，我们不会削减您按照本隐私政策所应享有的权利。我们会在本页面上发布对本政策所做的任何变更。
对于重大变更，我们还会提供更为显著的通知（包括对于某些服务， 我们会通过电子邮件发送通知，说明隐私政策的具体变更内容）。
本政策所指的重大变更包括但不限于：
我们在所有权结构、组织架构等方面发生重大变化。如业务调整、破产并购等引起的所有者变更等；

在龙智线下展会、客户沙龙、上门推广、市场活动等线下场景填写客户信息表单时，表单底部设置两项独立勾选授权框，两项授权相互独立，您可自主选择勾选 / 不勾选：
选项 1（基础服务必填授权）
✅ 我已阅读并同意《龙智隐私政策》，同意龙智收集我的个人信息用于处理我的请求及后续服务跟进。
说明：未勾选本项，龙智无法记录您的咨询需求、安排销售人员对接及提供基础产品咨询服务。
选项 2（数据出境、同步海外原厂专项授权，按需勾选）
✅ 我同意龙智将我的企业信息与需求同步至相应的海外软件原厂商，以便为您开通官方测试许可、申请专属商务折扣及原厂技术资源。
说明：本项为跨境数据传输专项授权，独立于基础隐私政策同意；若不勾选，龙智将不会向境外原厂传输您任何企业及个人信息，无法协助您办理原厂测试、折扣、海外技术支持等跨境配套服务。依据我国个人信息出境相关法律法规，向境外主体提供个人信息必须取得用户单独、明确同意，本勾选为合规必要授权。

Shanghai DragonSoft understands the importance of personal information to you and will do our best to protect the security and reliability of your personal information. We are committed to maintaining your trust in us and adhering to the following principles to protect your personal information: the principle of consistency of rights and responsibilities, the principle of clear purpose, the principle of consent, the principle of minimum sufficiency, the principle of ensuring security, the principle of subject participation, and the principle of openness and transparency. Meanwhile, Shanghai DragonSoft promises that we will take corresponding security measures to protect your personal information in accordance with mature industry security standards.
Please carefully read and understand this Privacy Policy before using our products (or services). Before filling out information forms at offline promotion scenarios including exhibitions, salons and on-site promotions, you must actively check the corresponding authorization boxes. If you fail to check the corresponding boxes, we cannot provide you with supporting services from overseas original manufacturers.
Personal information refers to various information recorded electronically or in other ways that can identify a specific natural person’s identity or reflect their activities, either individually or in combination with other information. It mainly includes name, company, email, phone number, and products of interest and/or consultation.
Shanghai DragonSoft will only collect and use your personal information for the business functions described in this policy:
Add your personal information to the company database and push you promotional information about related products (including but not limited to product information, event information, blog articles, questionnaires, monthly newsletters, etc.) when the company releases related products in the future;
Synchronize your corporate information and product demands to overseas original software manufacturers and sponsors to apply for test licenses, exclusive business discounts and original manufacturer technical resources;
In principle, the data collected and generated by Shanghai DragonSoft during its operations within the People’s Republic of China will be stored within China in accordance with laws, regulations, and national standards. Only after your separate authorized consent can we transmit your relevant corporate and personal information to overseas original software manufacturers and sponsors to complete cross-border data transmission.
We will not share your personal information with any company, organization, or individual other than Shanghai DragonSoft and its affiliated companies, except for the following situations:
Sharing with explicit consent: After obtaining your explicit consent, we will share your personal information with other parties. For data transmission to overseas original manufacturers and sponsors, separate checkbox authorization from you is required for cross-border sharing.
We may share your personal information with the public in accordance with laws and regulations or mandatory requirements from government regulatory authorities.
Sharing with authorized partners: Some of our services will be provided by authorized partners solely for the purposes stated in this policy. We may share some of your personal information with our partners to provide better customer service and user experience.
At present, our authorized partners include the following two types:
1) Authorized partners for advertising and analysis services. Unless we obtain your permission, we will not share your personal identification information (referring to information that can identify you, such as your name or email, through which you can be contacted or identified) with partners who provide advertising and analysis services. We will provide these partners with information about their advertising coverage and effectiveness, without providing your personal identification information, or we will consolidate this information so that it does not identify you personally.
2) Suppliers, service providers, and other partners. We send information to suppliers, service providers, and other partners worldwide who support our business, including providing technical infrastructure services, analyzing the usage of our services, measuring the effectiveness of advertising and services, providing customer service, facilitating payments, or conducting academic research and surveys.
3) Overseas original software manufacturers and brand sponsors (cross-border data recipients): Only after you separately check and agree to cross-border data transmission authorization, we will synchronize your corporate information, consultation demands and contact details to overseas manufacturers for issuing official test licenses, applying exclusive business discounts and connecting original technical resources. Overseas manufacturers shall only use data within the authorized scope and shall not repurpose such data.
We will sign strict confidentiality agreements with companies, organizations, and individuals (including overseas original manufacturers) with whom we share personal information, requiring them to handle personal information in accordance with our instructions, this privacy policy, cross-border data compliance requirements and any other relevant confidentiality and security measures. Overseas recipients must meet the security assessment and protection standards stipulated in China’s cross-border data regulations.
We will not transfer your personal information to any company, organization, or individual, except in the following circumstances:
Transfer with explicit consent: After obtaining your explicit consent, we will transfer your personal information to other parties; Separate cross-border checkbox consent is required for data transfer to overseas entities.
When it comes to mergers, acquisitions, or bankruptcy liquidation, if it involves the transfer of personal information, we will require the new company or organization that holds your personal information to continue to be bound by this privacy policy. Otherwise, we will require the company or organization to seek your authorization and consent again. If the transferee is an overseas institution, separate cross-border data consent shall be obtained from you again.
We will only publicly disclose your personal information in the following circumstances:
Legal disclosure: We may publicly disclose your personal information in legal, procedural, litigation, or mandatory requirements from government authorities.
（1） We have used industry standard security measures to protect the personal information you provide, preventing unauthorized access, public disclosure, use, modification, damage, or loss of data. We will take all reasonable and feasible measures to protect your personal information. Additional encryption for cross-border data transmission and regular data audit mechanisms for overseas recipients are established for exported data.
（2） We will take all reasonable and feasible measures to ensure that unrelated personal information is not collected. We will only retain your personal information for the period necessary to achieve the objectives stated in this policy, unless an extension of the retention period is required or permitted by law. For information sent to overseas manufacturers, we restrict overseas parties to retain data only during the service cycle, and all data shall be deleted after service termination.
（3） The Internet environment is not 100% secure. We will try our best to ensure or guarantee the security of any information you send us. If our physical, technological, or management protective facilities are damaged, resulting in unauthorized access, public disclosure, tampering, or destruction of information, which damages your legitimate rights and interests, we will bear corresponding legal responsibilities. In case of data leakage during cross-border transmission, we will notify you immediately and report to regulatory authorities in accordance with laws.
（4） In the event of an unfortunate personal information security incident, we will promptly inform you in accordance with legal requirements of the basic situation and possible impacts of the security incident, the disposal measures we have taken or will take, suggestions for you to independently prevent and reduce risks, and remedial measures for you. We will promptly inform you of the relevant situation of the event through email, letter, phone, push notifications, and other means. If it is difficult to inform the personal information subject one by one, we will take reasonable and effective measures to publish an announcement.
At the same time, we will also proactively report the handling of personal information security incidents in accordance with regulatory requirements , and special reports will be submitted to data compliance authorities for cross-border data security incidents.
Our privacy policy may change.
Without your explicit consent, we will not reduce your rights under this privacy policy. We will post any changes made to this policy on this page.
For significant changes, we will also provide more significant notifications (including for certain services, we will send notifications via email explaining the specific changes in privacy policy).
The significant changes referred to in this policy include but are not limited to:
Our service model has undergone significant changes. Such as the purpose of processing personal information, the type of personal information being processed, and the way personal information is used;
We have undergone significant changes in ownership structure, organizational structure, and other aspects. Changes in ownership caused by business adjustments, bankruptcy mergers and acquisitions, etc;
The main objects of personal information sharing, transfer, public disclosure and cross-border data transmission have changed;
Your right to participate in personal information processing and the way you exercise it have undergone significant changes, including addition or adjustment of cross-border data authorization requirements;
When there are changes in the department responsible for handling personal information security, contact information, and complaint channels;
When the personal information security impact assessment report indicates a high risk.
We will also archive the old version of this policy for your reference.
When filling in customer information forms at DragonSoft offline scenarios including exhibitions, customer salons, on-site promotions and marketing events, two independent authorization checkboxes are placed at the bottom of the form. The two authorizations are separate, and you may choose to check or uncheck each voluntarily.
Option 1 (Basic service mandatory authorization)
✅ I have read and agree to the DragonSoft Privacy Policy, and authorize DragonSoft to collect my personal information to process my requests and conduct follow-up service communication.
Note: If you do not check this box, DragonSoft cannot record your consultation demands, arrange sales staff follow-up or provide basic product consultation services.
Option 2 (Data export, synchronization with overseas original factory special authorization, select as needed)
✅ I authorize DragonSoft to synchronize my corporate information and product demands to corresponding overseas original software manufacturers, for the purpose of issuing official test licenses, applying exclusive business discounts and accessing original manufacturer technical resources.
Note: This is a special authorization for cross-border data transmission, independent of the basic privacy policy consent. If you do not check this box, DragonSoft will not transmit any of your corporate or personal information to overseas manufacturers, and cannot assist you with cross-border supporting services including original test licenses, exclusive discounts and overseas technical support. In accordance with China’s laws and regulations on cross-border personal information transmission, separate and explicit user consent is mandatory before providing personal information to overseas entities, and this checkbox serves as required compliance authorization.
